Roy Narine was born on December 11, 1990 in New Jersey. He lived in Bronx, NY a few years before moving to Rockland County, NY.  Since the age of two Roy was constantly in and out of the hospital for medical reasons. Roy had a talent for writing from a young age, but it wasn't until he reached the 5th grade that he started the series known as Chaos. Chaos was originally released in December 2008, but Roy was unsatisfied with the book, so he removed it from store shelves after only a month and a half. He went back to work on it, but didn't get another chance to publish it until early 2010. Hebegan working with Author House publishing, who said that they would like to publish his work. He worked a part time job to pay for the book. His best friend Eliza and his sister, Justina,  helped him with the book. Eliza was the editor and Justina designed the cover, allowing the book to come together. The book was released in May 2010. Roy continues to write, in time the rest of the Chaos series and other works will be released.
